The board has overall responsibility for YourMK, with four board members, representing Milton Keynes Council and Mears Group.
With more than 25 years’ experience, David has worked on complex and high profile housing development and regeneration schemes across London and the South East, delivering innovative and community centred programmes in Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Camden, Westminster and Surrey. David is responsible directing the company to achieve its objectives around asset management, new build and regeneration. He currently lives in Bedfordshire with his family.
Kathryn has over 15 years’ experience in directing and delivering social, economic and physical regeneration schemes in local government. As well as her work as Head of Regeneration for Milton Keynes where she established the regeneration strategy and team, she has also held senior project management positions in the private sector. Kathryn is the lead for regeneration at YourMK. She currently lives in Milton Keynes with her family and dog.
Neil has worked in the building industry for 34 years. Starting as an apprentice bricklayer he was quickly promoted to site manager. He's managed various social housing contracts. Neil decided to come to Mears/YourMK as he wanted to work for a progressive, supportive company which was a market leader in the housing sector. He also wanted to be part of a new era for Milton Keynes. He enjoys fishing and supports his daughter’s netball club.
With over 15 years' experience in the delivery of Public Sector and Social Housing contracts. Peter brings a wealth of knowledge in relation to Asset Management Strategy, responsive repairs, gas services and capital works programmes. Peter continues to work with other local authorities alongside his commitments to YourMK, to ensure best practice and innovation are continuously maintained. Peter is a keen football fan and manages his son's local football team in MK.
